1. About the Service

Venteo is a SaaS platform that enables businesses to deploy an AI-powered conversational agent (GPT-4o) on their WhatsApp number. The service is operated by Venteo and accessible at venteo.boutique.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Venteo, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

3. Access and Registration

Access to the service requires creating an account with a valid email address and password, or via Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

Each account corresponds to a "tenant" (client) with their own isolated workspace: AI agent, contacts, orders, and conversations.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

WhatsApp deployment requires a paid subscription. Three plans are available:

  • Starter — $29 USD/month: 1 agent, 1,500 credits/month
  • Pro — $49 USD/month: 2 agents, 5,000 credits/month
  • Business — $199 USD/month: 3 agents, 25,000 credits/month

Payments are processed via Chariow(Mobile Money and credit card). Subscriptions are monthly and automatically renewed. No refunds are granted for started periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Venteo to:

  • • Send unsolicited messages (spam)
  • • Distribute illegal, hateful, or misleading content
  • • Circumvent WhatsApp / Meta's terms of service
  • • Attempt to access other clients' data
  • • Resell or sublicense access to the service

Venteo reserves the right to suspend any account in violation of these rules, without notice.

6. Artificial Intelligence

Responses generated by the AI agent are produced by OpenAI's GPT-4o model. Venteo is not responsible for inaccuracies or errors in agent responses. Each client is responsible for properly configuring the system prompt and supervising interactions with their end users.

7. Service Availability

Venteo strives to ensure maximum service availability. However, interruptions for maintenance or due to unforeseen events may occur. Venteo does not guarantee a specific uptime rate and shall not be liable for losses related to service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Venteo platform (logo, interface, code) are the exclusive property of Venteo. The client retains ownership of their data (contacts, conversations, orders) and their system prompt.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Chariow account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. You retain free access to the test simulator after cancellation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Venteo shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or data loss related to the use of the service. Venteo's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client during the last 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

Venteo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
